SHIPPING & RETURNS
All parts orders are shipped via common carriers UPS, FEDEX or USPS, unless the order is too big, in which case it will be shipped by truck. When placing your order, you can choose from a variety of delivery services.
Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, and are not available at the time an order is placed. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will appear on your final invoice.
Shipping charges also vary based on the type of delivery service you choose. Professional Laundry Solutions will endeavor to make the most economical delivery arrangements for your parts, unless you provide specific instructions.
When using a credit card to purchase spare parts from Professional Laundry Solutions on-line store, you agree to allow Professional Laundry Solutions to charge your card for the total of ordered parts plus shipping charges and sales tax, if applicable.
There is a $5.00 minimum order requirement before shipping and taxes.

Professional Laundry Solutions does not accept returns without a previous authorization. To obtain an authorization fill out the contact form.
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS.
A 15% or $10.00 minimum restocking charge applies to all returns of unused items.
Sales Tax is charged on all retail orders shipped to destinations within the Texas state.
